Your Satisfaction is my first priority. Returns and refunds are limited to the following Situations.

Refund are not available on services. I do my best to manage expectations prior to rendering services. However if you find issues with the results of your service. IMPORTANT PACKAGE POLICIES

1. Maintenance Schedule: 3–6 Weeks Only

All VIP Maintenance Packages are exclusively designed for clients who maintain their Sisterlocks or Microlocs every 3 to 6 weeks.

If you go beyond 6 weeks without retightening:

• Your VIP package discount cannot be applied to that appointment.

• You must pay the regular $200 retightening rate, or any applicable overdue-maintenance rate, separately.

• That appointment will not be deducted from your prepaid package.

• Your unused package appointment will remain available for a future qualifying visit, subject to your package's validity period.

• Once your overdue maintenance is completed, you may resume using your package for your next qualifying appointment within 3–6 weeks.

This policy helps us provide quality service and the proper time and attention your locs deserve.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before your VIP Maintenance Package is activated.

Credit cards, debit cards, cash, and installment payments are not accepted for VIP package purchases.

Please contact Queen Nia Hair Studio directly for payment instructions. Your package is confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged by the studio.

3. Refund Policy

VIP packages are prepaid commitments and are generally nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or where Queen Nia Hair Studio is unable to fulfill its service obligations.

Please review all package terms carefully before purchasing.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Each package includes a limited number of permitted appointment changes.

3-Month Package: 1 reschedule

6-Month Package: 2 reschedules

12-Month Package: 3 reschedules

All rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and must comply with the maintenance schedule and package validity requirements.

Additional rescheduling requests beyond the package allowance are not guaranteed.

5. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without notice may count as a used package appointment, subject to applicable law and the terms accepted at purchase.

Please communicate any scheduling concerns as early as possible.

6. Additional Maintenance Charges

VIP packages cover standard Sisterlocks and Microlocs retightening appointments only.

Additional services, including repairs, corrective maintenance, excessive new growth, or other work outside standard retightening, are not included in the package price.

Any applicable additional charges will be explained before the service is performed.

7. Package Eligibility

• Packages are available to eligible clients receiving standard-rate services at our Bowie Town Center location.

• Packages are intended for individual use and cannot be transferred or shared.

• Packages cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

• Existing legacy-rate clients are not eligible for additional VIP package discounts.

• Package appointments must be used within the agreed package validity period, including any permitted extensions.

8. Package Validity

Package validity begins on the agreed activation date.

The studio and client will confirm the appointment schedule and final use-by date in writing before payment.

Any unused appointments, permitted reschedules, or necessary extensions will be handled according to the written package agreement and applicable law.

9. Priority Scheduling

Clients enrolled in our 6-month and 12-month packages may request preferred appointment dates in advance.

Priority scheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee a specific date or time.

VIP MAINTENANCE PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Maintenance Requirement – Every 3 to 6 Weeks

All VIP Maintenance Packages are exclusively designed for clients who maintain their Sisterlocks or Microlocs every 3 to 6 weeks.

IMPORTANT: If your hair goes beyond 6 weeks without retightening, your VIP package cannot be used for that appointment.

The following rules apply:

• You must pay the regular retightening rate of $200, or the applicable overdue-maintenance rate, separately for that visit.

• Your prepaid package appointment will not be deducted.

• Your unused package appointment will remain available for a future qualifying visit, subject to your package validity period.

• After completing your overdue retightening, you may resume using your package for your next appointment within 3–6 weeks.

• Clients are responsible for maintaining their recommended retightening schedule.

This policy ensures that every client receives the appropriate time, attention, and professional care needed to maintain healthy Sisterlocks or Microlocs.

• Packages are for individual use only.

• Packages cannot be shared or transferred.

• New installation clients may enroll once their hair is ready for regular maintenance and their eligibility has been confirmed by the studio.

8. Package Validity & Expiration

Each package includes a fixed number of appointments:

• 3-Month Package: 3 retightening appointments

• 6-Month Package: 6 retightening appointments

• 12-Month Package: 12 retightening appointments

Packages do not provide unlimited appointments.

The activation date, appointment schedule, and final use-by date will be confirmed in writing before payment.

Unused package appointments, permitted reschedules, and necessary extensions will be handled according to the written agreement and applicable law.

9. Priority Scheduling

Clients purchasing our 6-month and 12-month VIP packages may request preferred appointment dates in advance.

Priority scheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee a specific appointment date or time.

We encourage clients to schedule their maintenance appointments early to secure their preferred dates.
